About Beyond Potential

Mission: To develop our clients into future leaders via tailormade, individualised coaching programs, enabling them to unleash their full potential.
Since 2020, Beyond Potential has been delivering bespoke courses in Leadership and Management, and our current clients are based within IT and Technology companies. Our founder, Nora, has vast experience in coaching leaders within prominent governmental bodies such as the police force and the Civil Service, allowing her to deliver bespoke courses to any individual.
Beyond Potential offers leadership coaching in both one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs, and group workshops on a variety of subject matter including introducing SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely) objectives into the appraisal process.
We believe that Leadership and Management courses are best delivered in person, and we can travel up to 50 miles from Reading to accommodate you, however, Beyond Potential does offer coaching via Zoom calls nationwide.
About Nora Holford – Business Owner
With many years’ experience in a senior police position, Nora has had many opportunities to undertake leadership and management training. Most of her experience being on the receiving end of training has been positive. However, it did highlight the impersonal nature that some mass delivered courses can offer. This inspired Nora to develop a framework for bespoke courses, and she set up Beyond Potential, to deliver empowering coaching to new clients.
While in the police force, Nora received a lifetime achievement award from the Police Superintendents Association for being a prominent role model across England and Wales. This award meant a lot to Nora, but it was the pride she felt watching the people she had coached grow in confidence and achieve their goals that resonated with her.
This passion for mentoring the next generation of leaders and managers is something that Nora has brought to Beyond Potential, and is at the core of everything we do.
